In Greek mythology, Algea (singular:Algos) is used as the personification of pain. The three known Algeas are Lupe (pain), Achos (grief) and Ania (sorrow).
Our muscles are responsible for movement.
When muscles are damaged or strained, it causes PAIN.
Pain limits movement and in doing so bequeath GRIEF.
Prolonged exposure to these innervation conjures SORROW.

Malaysian born, I moved to Australia in 2012 and have called Adelaide my home. I am an avid gym goer that works out 4 days a week doing strength / weight training. It is from my training that I have suffered through my own pains constantly. Although I ventured into field of bodywork more for my own benefit, I found enjoyment in being able to help others alleviate their pain in order to help them with more gains. I love to meet new people and I welcome everyone with the same respect and dignity we all deserve.
